For one thing, part of the clip has had part of it edited out, namely the part where Kevin hilariously tries to defend hebephilia to the detective. It's not the clip from before, and if it is unlisted, then that probably explains why it is the only one that has not been removed, even though plenty of other skits are allowed to remain.
