But what if I change things a bit:

Asshole offers to sell CP. Lewis Carroll buys it. Asshole changes his underwear, name, pockets $20 US and leaves the country. Pinhead, Asshole's internet buddy, calls Dick Tracy and tells them about Lewis Carroll. Cops now suspect Lewis Carroll, gets a warrant, raids his home and computers and finds Asshole's CP. Lewis Carroll goes to jail.
