To do it causing ANY discomfort, in my opinion, is wrong. For a newborn, if he is not crying before, does he cry during the cut?

Did you just say it's alright to do horrible things to infants, if the infant is not crying, ie, unconscious, perhaps?

"Circumcision" removes most the skin of the penis, which includes at least 80% of the penis' nerves. It shouldn't matter if the person it happens to is feeling no pain, it's still worse than rape, has a definite life-long affect, no matter what. It should only happen to a consenting an informed individual. I know of people, perhaps myself included, who would probably rather die than have this happen to them. I also know of people who have committed suicide because of this happening to them, and also due to suffering from BOTCHES.

Babies die from it, too. And from what I know, most of the time when this is performed, the infant is NOT put under and DOES feel all the pain, at least in regards to an international ratio. I just don't think you're all that educated on this, Gim.
