I’m a pedo, not illegal. I use child erotica, not illegal (I presume). I did not seek CP (and there is the problem, how do you defend that in an assumed innocent unless proven guilty scenario). So, yes, an interesting angle but it needs a clever and experienced lawyer. It is, after all, a legal case.
