I don't think this defense has a snowball's chance in Hell of working, but I'd still be curious to see it tested in court. Justice is an illusion. If this guy so obviously admits to having sexual thoughts about children, then they will nail him to the wall, even if they have to break the law to do it (and they probably won't, because the law is pretty heavily against us).
