Whenever you bring up statistics you need to tell us where you are getting them from. Hispanics and middle easterners are counted as white by the FBI but not by the census. So if you are getting your "60%" from the census and the "83%" from FBI statistics then you are mixing two percentages that aren't even counting the same thing.
