I was trying to avoid citing specific companies, but they receive good marks from security geeks. A few others do as well. Not keeping logs is important, as well as where the VPN company is based. Also, having a whole lot of (nodes?) in many different countries is good. You can chain it to Tor, sort of a being double-wrapped thing.
Paying for them is another issue. Some let you use crypto-currency, but if all that is confusing, you can easily buy a pre-loaded credit card with cash at many stores. |
