I can't see a revolution really taking place in the U.S., there's too many creature comforts and people enjoying their privilege for that.
Revolutions typically happen when people are starving or are facing genuine hardship. Without wanting to sounds rude, protests in America are really over first world problems. People drinking frappuccino's from Starbucks arguing over their right to carry expensive guns in their Prada bags. The BLM movement is super important but again it's not mass starvation or the threat of genocide. I'm sure gun sales will be up and more people will be shooting themselves in the leg when unpacking their new toy but that's about as bad as it'll get. |
