I have noticed that whenever I am in physical pain, I tend to notice the negative in almost everything. Whether it is the amount that food prices has gone up after corona, or the seemingly detrimental state of society in general. You would think that this self-awareness has led me to be gaurded against how my mood affects my perspective.
