I can reply to whatever I want it's a public board. I don't follow your posts it's a public board which I read. And if you want someone not to reply don't write a bunch of statements and then ask them not reply. Just lead with I don't want you to reply to my stuff. But, when you make a bunch of statements about someone/something and then write don't reply. Well... life don't quite work like that.
