A new family moved in two houses over. They have the cutest little girl. She came over today to greet me, talked a mile a minute, about her family situation, the country her mom is from. I could hardly get a word in edgewise. Didn't need to. I was all smiles all morning.

And to be frank, it didn't help that she was wearing a very tight legging.
