It wasn't murder just attempted murder. If that buoy wasn't there she almost certainly would have died. Amy wasn't going to do anything. I was just making a point as to how the fact that a child almost murdered another child and that doesn't get even mentioned in the articles about this movie, but the sexualization is considered just over the top evil. There is an ongoing message that death is better than the sexualization of a child which is nuts to me.
