I am usually not one to generalize others behavior based on my own (I don't like it when people do that) but I could have made an error there. You are right, I have not presented an argument. I only said that on my intuition as that is something I find it hard to achieve and we are not all the same.

But I have seen other peoples relationships fall apart, or being unhealthy, when one of them is in any way superior to other person. I know it is a small sample of anecdotal evidence and even if it was most of people, it would not mean everyone would be the same. I do not think such relationship would always fail but I think there is a high chance that it will.

I could be wrong. All I am saying is that I would suggest other ways of getting friends with LGs before adopting.
