To me, the point is not not having anything incriminating, suspicious, etc. on your cell phone, it's that THEY know about every step you take, where the cell phone is at all times, can hear and see anything at any time unless the battery is removed, so on and so forth. My opinion is that you can't have a cell phone that's really used and have any semblance of privacy or security.

This is the current age, sacrificing privacy and security for "convenience."
