People that don't wear masks or don't social distance, doesn't mean they think it's a hoax. They may just rather live free than worry about their chance of dying from it.

I've never heard of anyone that thinks heart disease is a joke. But, it will kill about a quarter of the population and most of those people will continue to eat large amounts of fast foods and other unhealthy things.
