A schoolgirl living with and financially dependent on her parents meets on Internet a male (actually 40 years old) who lives thousands of km away, and wants to enter into sexual relationship with him. It would be too expensive for him to move permanently next door to her. Anyway, her parents cannot be expected to approve and fund the relationship and host him under their roof. IF she were a 18 year old high school girl, it would be perfectly legal. Police would shrug and tell she is an adult. It would be described as "elopement", not "kidnapping"...
