I have not used that form, but I also would not create an email for this persona. It may have been useful 15 years ago but not now.

I did "cut them some slack" on open times. I mentioned that they are probably low on volunteers and it is a difficult job. I just suggested that they should maybe announce when LL is open in advance, if possible. And of course I'm very grateful to those who run it in their spare time.
