I called the computer tech guy because my computer refused to turn on when I pushed the on button. He charged me $85 to come to my office. It took him about 15 seconds to fix the problem. So, I asked what the problem was. He said that I had an ID-10T error. I asked what that error was and he pointed to the electrical plug six inches from the outlet.
