Regarding e-mail

Protonmail (FREE) asks for verification: existing E-mail address, SMS or donation. Can't do. Tatanota seemed more friendly, opened up an account, but I can't send or receive e-mails for 48 hours until they "verify" me. I am in process of buying BTC anyway so I guess I will be able to go on with proton.
