I have cards from both operations and one card lists the "power" of one lens and the other card lists a different "power" of that lens.

Why? Surgical screwup?

No.

For driving, my left eye shows distance clearly but has difficulty seeing the speedometer. (Not that I care!) But, my right eye has difficulty seeing distance clearly (although enough) but sees this computer screen clearly.

Best of both worlds in two separate eyes.
