crawl the existing one and archive it?

I should think someone with some tech skill beyond mine could crawl the entirety of the past history of GirlChat and save it to a file somewhere, so it could be uploaded some place or just put into a giant database.

It does seem too bad to lose the history. I'm not sure what the benefits are supposed to be of the new version, but presumably some of the rest of you do.
