That is one of the big differences between Lifeline and GCC. GCC only lets in people who have shown they are safe. Lifeline lets in anyone and moderates the chat so people there are safe.

No regulation at all would be a disaster, but either one seems fine to me. Hopefully see you at either one someday :)
