Yes, they are softer on most rules or interpretation than us. I attribute it partly to the different sort of characters of boys and girls, to how they remained available to unregistered posting much longer, and to them being online years before us. They were already big when the internet was a lot smaller and freer. We took years after that, and the general environment of the internet, while not as bad as now, was already declining in free speech.
