I have a friend that believes there's an organized, dedicated effort to NOT cure cancer ever. Part of his argument is that - they all profit by people getting sick, and dying. So they'll only make a show of searching for a cure, never actually trying to find one.

Taking that at face value - is that evidence that there is a conspiracy? Or even some watered-down version of it? I think not.

Here - if they have a financial incentive - OK. But the real question is, what does that really mean regarding the literature in the area? Is anything non-negative, junk?
