Thanks for your welcome, Dissident! I actually joined GC a few months ago, but have been a bit quiet up till now.

I agree with much of what you say, but I wanted to get down to specifics. Do you know what is actually happening in high schools and elementary schools? Are there a significant number of concrete cases where straight students have been made to feel bad about their orientation? I guess one would really need some kind of survey to gauge this.
