And THIS is how GCC can be used more often. The only difference I would recommend is giving some notice, like a day or two, so people know in advance when you will be in the chat. Also doing it on a regular basis on the same day, or days, a week would help it so people could plan on joining you. Then other people could do the same thing.

Yeah I also agree with when other people said in this thread that getting GCC access should be made easier.
