I'd urge Chichickov to abandon collecting Russian souls, they don't deserve to be traded, even in hell. Besides, Putin doesn't care and won't give anything for the souls Chichikov would attempt to sell.
Russians souls are only good as fertilizer for подсолнуха, the symbol of independent Ukraine!
As for the souls of Ukrainians. It would be a sacrilege for Chichickov to collect and sell them as they are all destined to rest in heaven.
