Single mom, I do find her attractive like 5 years younger than me, she’s very into me, even has a house. Two year old daughter, cute, below my AoA but I know I’ll find her attractive in time.

I don’t know the mom’s worldviews and yes those matter but I think it’d be worth going on dates to see how she is maybe have some girl moments as well. As you all know, I have absolutely no intention of breaking the law.
