I still prefer fiction over nonfiction. It's a reading bias when I find time to read. I wouldn't say I enjoyed (liked) the psycho in American Psycho by Bret Easton Ellis, but I did like the mirror he put up to society. Fictional sychos only work as social commentary for me. IRL psychos can be social commentary or just a reminder that minds can be horrific. Sometimes I give humans too much credit.
