Replacing Alice.

As some of you who visit chat know, some of us have been wanting to replace the rather ghoulish looking photo of Alice in the right column. Today I was told by the powers that be, that this was not a problem. Just provide the replacement image.

I decided this should be a group decision. Let us discuss it for a while in the coming weeks in chat. Yes?
