Remember that guy?

He used to live under somebody's porch and smoked weed under the porch and made videos of himself smoking weed under somebody's porch? Had a little sterno burner he cooked on. He had a group following for some reason. Then California told him he was too much of a perv to live there anymore and he had to get out?
