No way that was her choice. She is lucky to have survived pregnancy and childbirth, considering what it does to the female body. Her tiny little heart had to produce and pump blood for two people. She likely suffered from eclampsia and nerve damage, not to mention severe stretch marks, severe breast soreness and vaginal tearing. She likely has permanent incontinence. The damage done to her body would be immense, considering her age and size, many of these issues being permanent.
