In my 30s, I watched allot if Shirley Temple movies on TV. No doubt, she was a cutie. She even appeared briefly topless in three films.
I later read not only her autobiography, but an unauthorized biography as well.
The one story that stood out in her autobiography was the meeting with the studio exec.
If I recall, her and her mom were called in for a meeting. Mom was taken to one building for contract negotiations. Shirley was meeting with a different executive.
According to Shirley, he removed his clothes. She said she got nervous and giggled. She grew up, apparently protective of the industry that gave her fame and fortune and never named the exec.
Do a day long Google search of Shirley pics, I found a good number of cheesecake type photos. You know, "pin up girl" type pics. Where her body is facing away from the camera but her head turned so you can see her face. This type of photo accentuates the booty. And did that girl have some booty. The shots were in dresses and swimsuits. One photo that I found you can see some butt cheeks.
It just makes me wonder how many other types of photos may be hidden away in a collector's archive somewhere.
While Shirley played the innocent girl on film, I image there may have been allot of less innocent photos never uploaded into the internet.
