Kaia Biermann: victim or "consenting minor"?

Kaia Biermann (12) is apparently a "victim" of her 15 year old brother KJ as numerous videos were found on his cellphone of them having sex in numerous positions. I don't condone sex with your sister or filming it at all but I have a funny feeling at least in the case of him and Kaia (KJ is currently on trial for "inappropriate behavior" with her friend) that there's a chance it could all be consentual love between brother and sister though honestly we'll probably never know. Because Kaia is only 12, it's doubtful the videos will ever leak to the public and if they were to we should all avoid them (that's a no brainer though) but, just in case Kaia is reading this:

Kaia, if your brother is innocent and you guys had a consenting relationship, do whatever you can to defend your brother. You seem like a lovely girl
