As I said, it's really clear there is alot more to this story. Obviously the girl said something to someone about him putting his hand down her pants uninvited and it was likely that "someone" who ran in horror to the cops and opened up this can of worms. I think it's likely the girl did not want or expect him to do that and if it bother her, then she would have told someone she trusted. Like it or not abby, if he DID do that, then he crossed the line.

I know your feelings on intergenerational love and I also know that it clouds your judgment sometimes. Alot of the times you seem to want to jump on the "it was consensual LOVE" boat...but alot of the times the kids DIDN'T want to do this kind of stuff.

I know ALOT of kids who love to hang out with adults. They think adults are cool, fun and they can be themselves around them...but alot of those kids don't want to have sexual contact with those adults. Yes they sometimes "flirt" and send out signals...usually to test the waters, as it were. We cannot cross the line and engage in sexual contact with them, even if it's what we think they want.

Go ahead and bitch at me and call me an "anti" because I said that. I don't care. I may not agree with the laws, and I know there ARE plenty of kids who WOULD like to do sexual stuff with an adult...but that adult isn't going to be me. I will obey the law even if I disagree with it.

The consequences of HARM to the girl from society are too great. Nope, it's legal aged sex for me...which is still pretty damn good.
