This woman will get away with contributing to the girl's death.

But if the woman had had any kind, no matter how small, of sex with the girl then there would be legal issues. Though the woman would probably still get off with a light sentence, if any time at all.

Do not try to make sense of any of this. The legal system sucks...and that's the bottom line.
