If we can argue that no harm is evident then lets examine what would be considered reasonable. People are not going to embrace sex with a girl that is so young as to be abhorrant to the majority.

I admit to not doing my homework on what rights you consider children should need. But i stand by my statement that parents should be in the loop about thier children and if they do or do not have partners and who they may be for thier protection.
