You are ignoring my proposal that men not be prosecuted for crimes if an underage girl insists that it wasn't a problem.

We're ignoring it because it's painfully and willfully ignorant of how police and DA's in the real world work.

5,000 years of human history starts with 4,900 years of misery. We don't want to marry girls off at 13 any more but want to let them get an education and have more input into their own future. We don't want them forced into prostitution at 13 because they're starving. I'd be interested in the number of relatively well-off 13-year-old girls who were happy pursuing temporary sexual affairs with older men in earlier times.
