You're defending that reductionist nonsense that allows the battered wife to dismiss the complex entanglement of her abuser's actions and reject his love. She should know better than to think that actions define what love is.

She must be an aspy to think that its simple enough that a few hospitalizations can define for her that it has ceased being a romantic relationship in any meaningful sense. Heck, the proof that she's an aspy is that she can't see that his aggressive acts are because he cares. If she weren't a feelingless bot, she would show enough passion about the relationship to be that demonstrative herself.
