I honestly feel really bad for you.

The problem is that these two groups aren't always distinct. In fact, most offenders probably fall somewhere in the middle. And I've read accounts where relationships started off loving and turned into more abusive relationships. Too many GCers want to believe that there is some simple dichotomy between lovers and abusers, but as with anything to do with humanity, this is just too simplistic.

This is adaptable to any two or more people in any kind of relationship. I don't see your point in bringing this up other than to say "all paedosexuals are potential abusers!" much like feminists who claim "all men are potential rapists" which is ridiculous because "all humans have the potential for most anything humans are capable of!"

In general those who consider themselves child loves are quite distinct from child rapists/abusers. Of course there is overlap, but this happens with any people of any group.

Or, people who have deluded themselves into thinking a child wants their sexual attentions when there's a much higher likelihood that they don't. People who have become blinded by their emotions. It happens a lot with younger pedophiles. A lot of those feelings are new to them and augmented by their hormones.

Oh but scientifically children enjoy sexual pleasure at a base level even if they don't have a powerful sex drive much like they enjoy massages and back scratches. Your assumptions are ridiculously broad sweeping and come from your own emotional argument. Most younger paedosexuals seem to be so upset with their attractions they think they are awful rapists. I think you are referencing yourself here as I heard you once considered yourself pro-contact but you seem to think you were "young and dumb".

Again, false dichotomy. The sexual orientation exists, but sometimes so do the urges. Nothing that most people cannot control, but suggest that you are not influenced by your urges is a falsehood.

You know what he meant. "Urge" in it's negative connotation. "Urge" as in uncontrollable and abusive.
