Do you not understand that sexual activity is PLAY or exploration to kids? You keep thinking in terms of adult-style sex. Sure, that guy probably didn't want anyone to go balls deep in him, but he very likely would've wanted to check out and inspect an older guy's genitals. Why wouldn't he have?
