I asked Mike Bailey about this. He and I are interested in a citation of his work that supports your point. He says he does not believe that more than 5% of prepubescents are actively interested in sexual activity with adults.

This all started with my statement "Since I think genuine childhood sexual interest in adults is very rare...", so I assume that is what you felt I was blatantly incorrect about.
