Two questions:
2) If you are too young to consent to sexual intimacy, then you are too young to be held responsible for it.
Are children held responsible for sexual intimacy?

Aside from 'Harmful to Minors', do you know of any other material dealing with the AoC, children's sexual maturity or anything else that's related?
