Yes, Malls are a great place to girl-watch. Also hotels, especially hotels around Disneyland or Disneyworld because bedtime is much later and you get to girlwatch until past midnight. Did you ever notice YGs never walk in the hallways of hotels, they always run? If you stay at a hotel with a breakfast the show starts early in the morning and then there is the pool area...
