Thanks, BB, I agree with you and don't begrudge you the experience. I had a similar experience last year around this time after performing some musical numbers for a party with several families. One of the girls, a 7F who was normally shy around everyone, came up to me for a hug and I even gave her a quick kiss in her hair; then she hugged me for a while longer before I felt I should put her back on the floor so she could run around with the other kids (and avoid any suspicion).

I don't see anything wrong with doing that. I'm the only adult she feels that comfortable around, and everyone needs a hug once in a while.
