My GM moment

Every once in a while in my travels I get a nice GM.
Last week, at a public event, I managed to get a group of preteens to sit around and hang out with me. About 10 girls of about 10-12 years old were asking me various questions on a given topic.
One girl asked if I was married. She had a hopefull look on her face.
I told her that I was, which rewarded me with a frown. She then asked if my wife was there and I said that she wasn't. That brought the smile back to her face.
Was she thinking that I might ask her out if I was single??? Oh that I could! she and I out on the town till all hours of the evening, then I get to tuck her in, along with myself! *sigh*
After a while, I had to reluctantly go, as I had other things to do in town. I wanted so badly to ask them to go to the hotel with me, but I am sure the moms in attendance would have vetoed that idea!
