Communism

Wasn't communism a form of orthodox religion?
No, it was only more present in the eastern countries. Here in Serbia (back then it was Yugoslavia), during Tito's government, churches were almost prohibited to work (I was born 5 years after Tito dies, so I cannot say exactly what it was like). It was probably the only way to keep a multi-religious country from breaking apart. I also don't think that Orthodox church had anything to do with Communism in Soviet Union.
