Matthew 22:30

For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

Being as there is no gender amongst angels, and there is no marriage - one must also conclude, there is no sex (being as the bible is against sex outside of marriage).

So while there is no "Age of Consent" in heaven, there is nothing to "consent " to.
