Sunday GM

I went to church yesterday morning with my Dad and my brother and my niece. It's rare that I get to be in the congregation, as I am usually up in front of everybody, worried that the message will not go right, or if I'm going to stutter..well you get the picture. Anyway, everything was great, at the end, my niece dragged me over to the playground. (which I say dragged, but I was'nt as unwilling that I appeared to be) There was only 2 or 3 kids in the playground when we got there. There was 2 boys and 1 girl. The boys appeared to be 5 and 9 and the girl was 9. The two 9 year olds were twins, I never knew that two kids, opposite gender, could look so much alike! The twins were the Preacher's kids I later found out. My niece wanted to go on the swings, so she sat down on them and I pushed her, the 9 yr old girl, Jessica, was on the swings as well. One thing led to another and soon I was pushing both of them. Jessica eventually stopped and was just swinging gently back forth, and she began to do "Twirls" in the swing. I like twirls, I used to do that when I was a kid, it's when you twist the chains around one another while sitting in the seat, and then allow yourself to spin. My niece saw this and she started to do this as well. In order for them to go higer (and in turn spin faster) it fell on me to twist them high off the ground. This allowed for some great close contact with both of them. I had a great time, like I said, it's rare that I get to enjoy a Sunday as a church goer, as I am usually the Preacher. It's even rarer to enjoy the day with two cuties.
