Re: Sunday GM

I always look forward to Sunday morning. My church has lots of kids, and I enjoy whatever interaction with them I can. There's one lg about 3 y/o who always gives me high fives when I see her. Her dad told me that one day as he was leaving, she said "I can't wait until next Sunday!" When he asked her why, she said "So I can see that man again!"

I recently felt very empty one Sunday. We had a music and ministry evening, and parents were encouraged to bring their kids. I have none left at home, and was there by myself. At the end of the evening, when the pastor was finishing his last prayer, I looked around. Most of the parents had their arms tightly around their kids, giving them very loving hugs. There was no one there for me to hug, and it was a very sad feeling.
